METHODS TO PROTECT CHILDREN AND ASSIST VICIMTS BETTER!
Below are some remedies which must be formalized to look after the public better and protect victims who come forward from insurance company explitation.
Completing the compensation process for the 3 known victims of Trevor Palmatier, and reaching out to know victims by Diving Canada.
Making a public declarations to encourage other victims to come forward is also in order to counteract the years of suppression of truth.
Responsible Relationship Questionnaire
This minimally invasive questionnaire should be received by all parents to locate hot spots of child grooming within professions working with children.
The parent(s) would ask their child these questions which are put into a database to see which employees are performing the most known grooming techniques.
It also provides an opportunity for parents to introduce the topic, so children understand proper boundaries and are knowledgeable to come forward if they experience it.
Maximum Insurance Claim Payout
Considering: (1) The sexual abuse of a child by an authority figure is one of the most damaging experiences a person can have. (2) That the Diving organization knew about the pedophile coach prior to the victims being abused and then ignored the victims after the coach’s conviction. (3) That the insurance company went so far as to orchestrate the law being broken to suppress the record… It is only right that each victim receives the maximum allowed per claim payout from Aviva Insurance Canada.
The Government of Canada, and Bank of Canada fund Diving Plongeon Canada so they need to payout whatever additional monetary compensation is due to each victim in order for the damage they created to be neutralized.

National Policy
When a victim is injured by a government funded agency, it is not right that the victim has to fight a private interest company to attain due remedy.
National Policy must be created to further prevent this conflict of interest impaling the victim, even though the ‘Canada non-for-profit corporations act’ [PART1, 3(3)(c)] clearly states that non-profits cannot carry-on business of an insurance company.
To act lawfully, the non-profit must admit all known issues related to the victims claim because withholding disclosure at the beckon of the insurance company is, in fact, carrying on business for an insurance company.

Bad Guys Gotta Go
For each of the victims, change within the Diving organization was paramount to their pleased resolution.
Unfortunately, one pedophile coach named Arturo Miranda, who was protected by Mitch Geller when a young female athlete came forward about his abusing her, has since moved to Italy due to the extreme scrutiny he was coming under because of my several years of emails to Sport Canada and others.
Mitch Geller, who is a known protector of pedophiles, continues to be employed at the highest level in the sport.
A simple inquiry into the age difference between him and his wife will confirm that he did begin his relationship with her when she was his underage athlete.
No surprise he has been protecting pedophiles in the sport for decades.
Both Arturo Miranda and Mitch Geller both deserve to be publicly forbidden from being around children.
As victims we cannot rest assured while these men are still looking after children.
